Tips: Dancers attending the welcome party are advised to book rooms at the event hotel(Venues) on Thursday. It will be more convenient to take a taxi to the hotel after the welcome party ends.

Workshop

Level Descriptions：

Intermediate-Advanced
You have been dancing Balboa for about 1.5 year. You are taking regular classes and attending workshops. You are comfortable dancing with medium tempos, and are familiar with most of the basics and some variations. You would like to refine your fundamentals and take on a challenge with more shapes and faster tempos.

Advanced
You are dancing Balboa for 2 years. You are taking regular classes, attending workshops, and going to social dance every week. Fast tempos do not scare you at all. You want to work on new steps and shapes, as well as refining your technique and musicality.

Advanced Plus
You are dancing Balboa for more than 3 years. You regularly practice, attend international festivals and love to compete. You might be teaching Balboa in your local scenes. You feel comfortable with improvisation and rhythm at any given tempos. You feel that Balboa is the dance for you!

Level- Checking Classes: All participants who register for Advanced Plus and Advanced levels are required to attend the mandatory level-checking classes with instructors at 11:30 on Friday, 3 October.
